Sometimes I would ask questions and receive a generic response or reference to an old attachment that I have already read that doesn’t answer my question. My nurse was pushing me to end the titration and asked me again, I responded with questions about what happens after discharge and she responded by discharging me! I felt so neglected. I didn’t even get an answer to the questions I asked. I also now have no way of contacting her as she was immediately removed from my contact list on the notes section. I was quite upset and annoyed when I when onto the portal and found this out. I feel like my medication works okay, but I’m not satisfied that this is the best one for me. I feel like now I am discharged I have no way of trying different medications that may suit me better and now I would have to start the refferal process again from scratch which will I include long waiting times all over again!

Titration can be at times be a frustrating and slow moving process, but Jenni appears to have made every effort to alleviate this, by demonstrating good knowledge and professionalism, particularly when I have had concerns. She has responded swiftly to all my enquiries and has been very understanding throughout, especially when I have requested further information on medicines, or requested to change my medicine. Thanks to Jenni, this process has been as painless as possible and I appreciate her help. I would recommend Jenni and commend her work. Thank you, LD.

Jenni provided me with a great treatment plan and helped find a medication and dosage that worked wonders for me! It was a pleasure to have Jenni as my nurse.

The service was outstanding and my prescriber, Jenni, was so helpful and would respond quickly. I have had bad experiences with prescribers in the past, but Jenni made my experience of going onto a new medication so easy and she was very professional! Thank you for your service!
