Jenni has been great with adjusting and supporting additional needs
Rapid and clear responses to questions, very happy to listen to my feedback about the titration, and very friendly. A please to have work with me.
Jenni was amazing, she explained my options clearly each step of the way, really quick replies too, would 100% recommend.
Jenni was great and she really listened to me and helped explained things which I didn’t understand. She was extremely positive when helping me with trying and testing different medications.
She was really friendly and receptive of my needs, giving relevant information on everything I asked about regarding the options the service could provide.
Mrs Jenni Unsworth was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
