The time, care, attention, expertise of both triage/senior nurse and x-ray staff. Given that I was injured away from home, and very little info was transferred from my original hospital visit (Harrogate) the staff were at pains to find out as much as they could about my condition and what to do about a potential setback. They explained everything really clearly. Very grateful to all.
The check showed that my hip plate was still in place and knee not badly damaged. At no point was I made to feel that I was wasting anyone's time. To me this was a positive part of the healing process.
Suggested improvements
Perhaps some healthy snack food from a buffet/counter/machine would have been useful! The vending machine with crisps and sweets rather bad for our health.

I was given an appointment that evening and was seen shortly after the appointment time. The doctor understood the problem and was very helpful, providing me with some remedial medication to use immediately. Very helpful and considerate. Regards Jake.
Suggested improvements
The problem is not with the treatment I received that evening. The problem is any subsequent follow up treatment with all of the difficulties of getting through on the phone and trying to get a follow up appointment quickly enough to deal with the condition that I have. Regards Jake
