I was given an appointment that evening and was seen shortly after the appointment time. The doctor understood the problem and was very helpful, providing me with some remedial medication to use immediately. Very helpful and considerate. Regards Jake.

The problem is not with the treatment I received that evening. The problem is any subsequent follow up treatment with all of the difficulties of getting through on the phone and trying to get a follow up appointment quickly enough to deal with the condition that I have. Regards Jake
