The time, care, attention, expertise of both triage/senior nurse and x-ray staff. Given that I was injured away from home, and very little info was transferred from my original hospital visit (Harrogate) the staff were at pains to find out as much as they could about my condition and what to do about a potential setback. They explained everything really clearly. Very grateful to all. The check showed that my hip plate was still in place and knee not badly damaged. At no point was I made to feel that I was wasting anyone's time. To me this was a positive part of the healing process.

Perhaps some healthy snack food from a buffet/counter/machine would have been useful! The vending machine with crisps and sweets rather bad for our health.
