Open the window and get some fresh air in please, I beg you do this. I’m running out of clean air it’s even wafted into my room and the kitchen all I can smell when I eat is farts. I CAN TASTE IT NOW

Sometimes we feel like we have no support when incidents are going on as we are kind of left to help ourselves ,when the people having incidents require staff support more than we do . I feel like having designated staff for support who are free when in incident is going on would be beneficial

1. I don’t feel listened to that much and I feel like some staff take advantage of that.
2. Dr.Irem has said stuff in a zoom call and said the complete opposite in round table which makes me feel really annoyed.
3. Staff sometimes do not understand what could be making us upset and sometimes makes it worse when we have explained what’s happening.
4. I feel like sometimes our treatment are not exactly dedicated to us individually and our needs are not for filled.
Suggested improvements
1. Listen to us more.
2. Give us the same food portions as some are much more than others even though they are the same meal.
3. Try to understand us and what WE need, not other patients that are diagnosed with the same thing.

It’s not equal and I wouldn’t recommend the place or it’s regime.
The prescription ruins your skin/weight/health.

Review of Oxford City and North East Adult Mental Health Team

Dr and colleague both made a 90 minute, fairly gruelling and upsetting consultation via screen as comfortable an experience for me as possible.
Both showed great understanding and sympathy, and explained our course of action clearly.
I very much felt my input and opinions were respected and taken notice of.
I was impressed by having a follow-up phone call the next day, the next appointment booked in, and my prescription sent through to my local pharmacy. Plus confirmation of additional counselling sessions/ a one-off OT advice appt to come.
