1. I don’t feel listened to that much and I feel like some staff take advantage of that. 2. Dr.Irem has said stuff in a zoom call and said the complete opposite in round table which makes me feel really annoyed. 3. Staff sometimes do not understand what could be making us upset and sometimes makes it worse when we have explained what’s happening. 4. I feel like sometimes our treatment are not exactly dedicated to us individually and our needs are not for filled.

Suggested improvements
1. Listen to us more. 2. Give us the same food portions as some are much more than others even though they are the same meal. 3. Try to understand us and what WE need, not other patients that are diagnosed with the same thing.
