Dr and colleague both made a 90 minute, fairly gruelling and upsetting consultation via screen as comfortable an experience for me as possible. Both showed great understanding and sympathy, and explained our course of action clearly. I very much felt my input and opinions were respected and taken notice of. I was impressed by having a follow-up phone call the next day, the next appointment booked in, and my prescription sent through to my local pharmacy. Plus confirmation of additional counselling sessions/ a one-off OT advice appt to come.

All was exactly as I would wish! Am very grateful.
