Very professional, knowledgable and thorough. Explained my short and long term plan, advised of follow up appointments. I felt extremley comfortable opening up and discussing very personal and anxiety provoking experiences.

Service is overall good, psychiatrist listens to me and lets me decide how I want to be treated for my mental health, however there is a long wait time for appointments and sometimes I don't receive calls (check-ups) when I'm supposed to.

It is 1522 and my appointment was meant to be at 1500. Dr is running late no one knows how long. She is aware I’m here. I have somewhere to be. This they call excellent safe and caring. I arrived before 3pm and went to the old outpatients as per the instruction only to be told it was somewhere else.

On the whole staff try to listen, communicate and help you as much as possible; however there are some staff who don’t seem to care or want to help at all.

I feel very safe and supported here, the staff and young people are very nice are all so caring.

Maybe have more staff in because when there is an incident then there is not enough staff to facilitate.

Staff aren’t consistent with edp rules of how much scraping plates and not prepping right for everyone like missing out food. Some patients would have to scrape plates a lot and others would be able to leave things. And some would have something eg a yoghurt and others won’t when they should have it. Also sometimes staff have no clue what to prep.

Extra training for some staff to deal with edps ie Super ks and staff prepping.

Some staff aren’t fair with treatment of the edps in plate scraping and prompts it is unfair when some patients get to leave food on the plates but others have to completely clean theirs . Some staff also don’t check these prepped correctly and doesn’t give the right things eg water instead of milk and forgetting when patients are on higher meal plans
