Some staff aren’t fair with treatment of the edps in plate scraping and prompts it is unfair when some patients get to leave food on the plates but others have to completely clean theirs . Some staff also don’t check these prepped correctly and doesn’t give the right things eg water instead of milk and forgetting when patients are on higher meal plans
