Staff aren’t consistent with edp rules of how much scraping plates and not prepping right for everyone like missing out food. Some patients would have to scrape plates a lot and others would be able to leave things. And some would have something eg a yoghurt and others won’t when they should have it. Also sometimes staff have no clue what to prep.

Extra training for some staff to deal with edps ie Super ks and staff prepping.
