It is 1522 and my appointment was meant to be at 1500. Dr is running late no one knows how long. She is aware I’m here. I have somewhere to be. This they call excellent safe and caring. I arrived before 3pm and went to the old outpatients as per the instruction only to be told it was somewhere else.
