The domestic staff are excellent.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that there were not enough sandwiches available during your time on the ward. Unfortunately, this is because each ward is funded and catered for a certain amount sandwiches at lunch and dinner time, there no sandwiches specifically for the evening. However, a member of staff should have been willing to use the bread and fillings available to make you a sandwich.

I was fully listened and support throughout and I felt understood. I a very grateful to have come at a dark place and be able to manage life better.
Not sure what the issue of concern is here you are referring to. We do use text message to communicate with patients. We apologise for anything that was unhelpful and happy to receive more detail in order to improve things.

All staff were plesant and interested in my needs to move on. They let me talk without interupting. I felt comfortable.
Its a new experience for me.
