[name removed] the nurse I had was amazing when I first came to the clinic. I felt disgusting dirty and emabrassed Angle. { } were fantastic.
Suggested improvements
Nothing could be better the staff and centre itself put you at ease from the minute you arrive its a shame other clinics aren't the same.

Very understanding and helpful staff and I wish I had asked for support a long time ago as I had nothing to worry about. I felt supported to do what I felt comfortable with and have the support I needed rather than just get offered generic stuff only. Some of the support I was offered today has the opportunity to make a real difference to me and my health care needs and I am very grateful.
Suggested improvements
A reminder text letting me know I had a telephone appointment would have been helpful but I understand that isn't always available option for some services

I think [name removed] is an amazing member of the Community Mental Health team as she listened to me in the Ward Round, said she would support me fully when I leave hospital and even suggested some volunteer work that I might be able to do when I’m well again. Thank you [name removed] for your enthusiasm and kindness in dealing with me as I have schizo affective disorder.
Suggested improvements
I don’t believe this member of staff could have done anything better in caring for me.
