It was good in that when I told them that I felt that some of the staff did not listen to me, they tried being kind and understanding.

Sometimes some people were a little harsh and indifferent to have I may have been feeling.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you felt that certain members of staff were harsh and indifferent. This is not what is expected from the culture on our ward. Sometime the members of the MDT have to make difficult decisions, but it is my expectation that such decisions are conveyed in a professional and empathetic manner.

I was told I would be contacted in 2 days from my assessment in fact I had to phone and chase a response which was nearly two weeks later and I still haven’t had a treatment plan or anything else I am not surprised people are in crisis as my support has been zero not impressed

Contacted me when told I would be and I have not had a treatment plan I have just been left hanging

Allowing patients to use the waiting area of the Stuart Road clinic and not to wait outside in the street.

The covid restrictions in place have been reviewed and now patients are able to wait in the main reception area of Stuart Road before appointments.

The only thing that could have been improved was the initial wait time of 18 months but after that, all appointments were within a good time scale.
Overall I was very happy with my experience and the staff were lovely and understanding to my needs.
