It was good in that when I told them that I felt that some of the staff did not listen to me, they tried being kind and understanding.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you felt that certain members of staff were harsh and indifferent. This is not what is expected from the culture on our ward. Sometime the members of the MDT have to make difficult decisions, but it is my expectation that such decisions are conveyed in a professional and empathetic manner.

I was told I would be contacted in 2 days from my assessment in fact I had to phone and chase a response which was nearly two weeks later and I still haven’t had a treatment plan or anything else I am not surprised people are in crisis as my support has been zero not impressed
