I think [name removed] is an amazing member of the Community Mental Health team as she listened to me in the Ward Round, said she would support me fully when I leave hospital and even suggested some volunteer work that I might be able to do when I’m well again. Thank you [name removed] for your enthusiasm and kindness in dealing with me as I have schizo affective disorder.

I don’t believe this member of staff could have done anything better in caring for me.
