Very understanding and helpful staff and I wish I had asked for support a long time ago as I had nothing to worry about. I felt supported to do what I felt comfortable with and have the support I needed rather than just get offered generic stuff only. Some of the support I was offered today has the opportunity to make a real difference to me and my health care needs and I am very grateful.
Suggested improvements
A reminder text letting me know I had a telephone appointment would have been helpful but I understand that isn't always available option for some services
