Staff weren’t trained at all, not even an injection was done properly. Communication was not good at all, very rude staff. I was treated at MRU . Apart from an Lithuanian lady which was very nice and helpful, all the others were rude and unprofessional

Everything. Where did you get that stuff I don’t know, I don’t believe they are trained nurses I believe they all have fake certificates.

Very rude staff. Appalling service. NHS is dying.

Everything needs improvement. Staff attitude apart from the doctor everyone else had a serious attitude. Waiting times are also appalling.

Was there for 11 hours only to be told had to go to Queens hospital for Maxfax department. This could have been said when we first arrived and saved us time. We then spent 5 hours at Queens.

Informed us we needed to go elsewhere to be treated in the beginning.

On the whole I felt I received good levels of care and attention, however the first male doctor I saw made it difficult for me to use my advocate. The nurse who conducted the ECG was very professional but lacked the empathy needed to make the process as painless as possible.

Suggested improvements
Care from individuals was very good - however the process lacked co-ordination in allowing things to run smoothly. Communication between people needs to be much stronger before a real difference can be made.

I was directed to A&E by the community nursing team as I had a blocked catheter, unfortunately I was there for over 8 hours, at one stage I was informed there was no doctor in attendance, although I appreciate the pressure NHS is under I find this unacceptable

At least inform patients waiting of the delay and I know it is beyond your control have more doctors available

Excellent service from arrival to leaving having been treated very well by all the staff involved. At all times I was spoken to politely and my treatment explained along with the necessary medication and follow up treatment plan. I observed the staff being the same with all the patients I saw, despite many patients being incredibly rude, disrespectful and aggressive. My sincere thanks to the KG team, you are fantastic!
