Got the right help and assistance
- Advice I got was excellent, and I followed instructions. In hindsight I wouldn’t have made my own arrangements to get to the hospital as going by ambulance would have been a better option to be seen sooner. I spent 12 hrs up A&E which was supposed to be for urgent treatment.

What an excellent service. Such polite and helpful staff. On both occasions listened to my injuries and an ambulance arrived within half an hour. Ambulance staff are exceptional. Always a smile and they really put you at ease. Very professional in carrying out checks etc. which puts the patient at ease and helps them to relax. Big, big. Thank you.
