It was very hard to understand his accent. Also when I arrived at the hospital they had no idea about the referral.

It was a standard call not sure why I’m being asked. The doctor was professional and polite and gave good advice.

3 hours waiting
27th April 2026 | Review of Primary Care - Ealing & Hounslow, written by service user/patient
I waited hours and hours, I felt ill with a urine infection, very uncomfortable, I was told I would be given some strong antibiotics, I asked about 2 hours later, but still didn’t get any, I had a bad migraine come on, and didn’t have any medication for that, I had severe depression, my anxiety. Was going through the roof, I was told a couple of times I would be seeing the mental health team, I had made a stupid comment to a lady from Age UK who was being rude to me that she was making me feel suicidal, next thing an ambulance came, I didn’t wast to go to hospital as I know I’ve tried suicide years ago but wouldn’t do it now because of my 3 daughters and my grandchildren. Then a nurse told me that she thought most of the mental health people had probably gone home, and I could maybe be there another few hours, and I couldn’t do that my migraine was getting worse, everything felt worse so I just had to get home. I am very sorry for leaving, I think the doctors and nurses behere so very busy that day and run of there feet. I’ve never seen it so packed so I did feel bad for them. I love and respect the NHS and the hard jobs thay do. And Charing Cross hospital has always been absolutely great to me in all departments, I think thay are an excellent hospital and definitely my favourite. It was just a bad day for me. So I hope you understand. Thank you.
