I rang early morning feeling very unwell, I was patched over to 111 and someone was supposed to ring me within the hour … they did but my phone didn’t ring it went straight to answerphone. I rang back and spoke to a lovely lady who got me a call back. Saw a lovely Dr who was so kind to me.

Nothing, I was seen promptly and treated with kindness

The wait time was horrendous but I was amazed at the care and support I was given by both reception staff but in particular a lady called Kay who went above and beyond to help me I couldn’t thank her enough

More doctors were needed it was very very busy I was upset with the fact that parents were sat on the floor with babies in the entrance corridor I know that this is something out of your control

I am partially deaf but use an aid. I got an ear infection and was hoping it would ease after a few days. But by Sunday it was worse so called the out of hours on Sunday morning. Bith the lady on the phone and the doctor where sympathetic to the fact I couldn’t hear. The doctor also picked up my BP was a bit high and I should see my own doctor this week. I got the medication I needed and am recovering fine.

I know waiting times are always tricky to stick to and we waited half an hour but better than my own go sometimes

I have had asthma since i was a baby

The times to wait were very long, however this is at no fault of anyones and they tried their very best to get me discharged as soon as possible.

I was at the hospital for 9 hours yesterday. Passed from department to department. No one giving any correct information. When in Gynaecology I asked for a female to do the swabs examination which happend yet the male doctor still thought it appropriate to stand where the nurse was when asked repeatedly to stand at my top side. They also kept me for another hour after waiting for pain medication to be told then that they had run out and it would be a few hours before it came. They then passed me on to A+E which was an absolute shambles! Waiting over 4 hours. The GP was the rudest person I have ever met to then continue to insult me by writing on my paperwork to pass to the Esac department the day after that he couldn't carry out full examination of prodding my stomach due to me being obese! Which is highly insulting.

I have anxuety and depression have suffered since a young age

Due to bleeding in pregnancy i was worried about the worst i think in certain circumstances partners should be allowed in especially when its about their unborn baby and to support their partner, luckly this time it wasnt a miscarriage but it was still a scary time for us and my partner wasn't included in any of it which i think is wrong
