It took 12 hours from ringing 111 to get seen by a Doctor.
This is the first time I’ve had to use the out of hours doctors since it changed to ringing 111 instead of calling direct.
It’s now a terrible service. I was extremely lucky that I had a couple of antibiotic left or I would have been in extreme pain.
I really hope this service changes
I sat for 4 hours then when I was see was told to see my GPS so got no treatment or help
When I first came to the A and E centre I was asked to wear a mask… CAN YOU PLEASE INFORM YOUR STAFF THAT EXEMPT MEANS EXEMPT. Even if I wasn’t exempt due to mental conditions I still wouldn’t wear one due to the bacteria breeding. The advice on masks is to change it every 15 minutes… but I don’t see anyone implementing that. As for the doctor he was fine and understood my needs without any hesitation.
I felt supported and informed and didn't have to wait long.
Had asthma all my life
Because I don't have a condition duh

I waited nearly 2 hours after my appointment time before I was even seen by the time and when I did get into my appointment the doctor didn’t know what to diagnose, so sent me round to a&e which turned out to be another 3 hour wait.
Reason why I go to a emergency service, I have a tick my arm, and I cant take out. A reception woman was very nice, but a place was so dirty, bad smell, everyvel rubish... Look like after party. So this gusting for hospitality area. Was many sick peaple, only one doctor. I dont waiting there I dont want to catch nothing. I go back a reception and she sending for me different department, wher I waiting 10 min. Then a doctor coming out, he say we havent got forceps, so I cant help for you!I wet to home without supply! . My opinion this NHS is rediculus!
Because I don't have a condition!
