My appointment was at 12.30am but I wasn’t seen until 1.30am Given prescription for codeine that I needed to get as they couldn’t give me any - not acceptable especially with the amount of pain I was in

I feel the waiting times are too long for an appointment. I didn’t feel fully listened to by the doctor who seemed to make his own assumptions about my pain and where it was though he was pleasant and welcoming

I visited the centre after receiving an appointment time however my appointment was over an hour late as people filtering in from A&E were being seen before me. I was in a lot of pain. I feel if people have made an appointment they should be seen as a priority over those filtering in from A&E. they will have been sent over as their condition was not of a nature serious enough to warrant emergency care just like mine was but I took the initiative to call 111 for an appointment rather than try my luck in A&E and waste peoples valuable time

Because the care was excellent even though I had covid

Its terrible 40 mins to answer the phone urgent care thats a joke its not fit for purpose i wonder how many have died waiting for these clowns .there not even clinitions . Third world nhs teatment on the cheap ime ashamed and worried for the sick people using this circus

Get rid of it employ more staff go back to the old out of hours gp system its been like this far to long sick of apologies you get. time something was done .

I was given clear timescales which were met. I was given the option to attend or make appointment with the GP practice nurse. I was seen on time and given clear advice on what to do and what changes to look out for that mean I should seek further care.

Staff were helpful and friendly, doctor was very kind and caring. Treatment was timely.

Took a while to get through but once through the caller was very thorough A lady rang me back a few hours later and got me an appointment close to where I was and quite quickly The doctor I saw was really nice and I was impressed they wanted to see me face to face which I don’t even get at my own surgery!!

The process getting through is a little difficult It tells you to do it online, which I did then it told me to ring 111 A little confusing

The doctor who attended me didn't have any interpersonal skills and didn't communicate very well at all. It was a stressful situation and at the time I felt very vulnerable. Although I am extremely grateful for the service the doctor provided, he was quite offhand. The whole experience could have been so much better if he had talked me through what was happening and been more polite.
