The appointment was made after phone consultation. Doctor was thorough, and very professional putting me at ease, advised there were no blood test facilities after hours. Carried out checks to eliminate my worst fears of another tia. Will follow up when I return to Derby.

Terrible experience last time and dreaded going this time but it was a totally different experience this time I was seen in a timely manner by someone who knew what they were doing The complaint I made last time was not taken seriously so I was very anxious about having to attend again

The doctor I saw was very kind he was very thorough he checked everything my ears neck throat temperature bp pulse all with kindness and respect excellent care

Just realised after typing a thoughtfully but very negative reciew, why they have 4 /5 stars on this platform....I had to verify by a link on my 3mail.....to be informed that my review will ne moderated before they publish it. As I gave an average of 1.25 stars I'm guessing it will not be posted, like neither this ! Good luck to anyone in Donny needing urgent care...you'll need it.

Avoid unless dying. 3 hour wait for call back from 111 on a late Thursday night. Made appointment for 2.15 am . Arrived 02.10 to be told "there are 6 people in front of you and a 2 - 3 hour wait. 2 people were asleep across the chairs. No ventilation in a drinking room from the 1930's and a receptionist clearly given up on life and manners. The 1 positive is that I have been able to visit the film set from train spotting whilst popping to the unique 1 and only toilet. 2 hours in ( now 4.15 am) and hearing the lady opposite us arrived at 11.30 for her appointment gives me even more confidence that anyone here either gives a damn or any care left in this soulless example of 3rd world treatment.

I have no conditions

Waiting times are ridiculous, especially after i had been hiven a time slot by a doctor at cavendish house prior to me attending. I waited 4 hours. The doctor who treated me was rude and looked at me like i was scum and quite frankly stupid, which i really do not appreciate. He passed me a prescription without even telling me what was wrong with me. I had to ask him. I understand they are under a lot of pressure, but politeness goes a long way. I have an ear infection, i explained i was flying in a few days and would the earspray he gave me work in time as the pharmacy told me i needed antibiotics, his reply was, you'll be ok!! I said i dont want the plane to cause me issues, his reply was, thats what health insurance is for. Unbelievable!!
