There was long waiting time which is understandable. Towards myself staff were polite , pleasant and helpful. When people who were waiting complained to staff about waiting and other things , staff remained polite, pleasant and helpful. I did have to wait a long time, but it was worth it as the doctor had patience and diagnosed my problem quickly. I feel a really good team effort by all.

Waiting times were quite long. A snack / hot drinks machine would be great. Some people go completely unprepared and don't move out of the waiting room incase they miss their turn. A snack / hot drink may help give refreshments if needed.

My partner had an appointment, everything went very well, personal ( nurses and the doctor) were profesional.

Was honestly the best care I've ever received. The nurses and doctors were absolutely fantastic. A credit to the NHS. Well done.

I have had replacements in left knee and await a full replacement. I have osteoarthritis in right knee and arthritis in both hips. I struggle to get about without 2 crutches.

I was treated with respect and care so at this moment nothing could be done better.

Rang 111 and a doctor rang back and made an appointment for me to see acute care at the hospital for 10.30pm. Didn’t wait too long to see a doctor who was very thorough and efficient. I was then sent to A and E to be greeted with well there is a 6 hr wait. Couldn’t understand why as I had already seen a doctor. Luckily within an hour I was taken up to the ward for an overnight stay. This wasn’t explained really when I went to A and E so wasn’t sure what was happening. More information needed when you get to A and E from acute care and had already seen a doctor. All staff were kind caring and efficient.

More information given to patient about the procedure when you get to A and E and have already seen a doctor. To be greeted with ‘well there us a 6 hour wait’ when in pain you wonder why as you had seen a doctor.

The appointment was quick, respectful and I received a prescription which I could use straight away. My total appointment time, including waiting to ve seen, was less than 1 hour

Excellent care received from a doctor when I attended the urgent treatment centre. He was very thorough in his checks and I felt cared for. As to be expected, the appointments were running quite behind but it feels worth the wait when the staff take the time to fully understand your issue.

The lack of an on site pharmacy on a Sunday made things more difficult. This obviously isn't regarding the urgent treatment centre directly, but after the doctors have taken the time to examine and diagnose a condition that requires treatment it can be difficult to then access treatment. I wasn't the only patient with this concern. I understand how understaffed all areas are but hopefully it's something that can be considered for the future.
