I answered the questions, as requested.

Nothing, due to the constraints within the NHS.

Waited four hours to see a Dr and then another 8 hours in A and E

Suggested improvements
Get yr waiting times to a more acceptable level. An 86 year old cannot sit for 12 hours in a chair

I was booked an appointment but wasn't seen until 2 hours after this. I was very uncomfortable at 8.5 months pregnant in the cramped and dirty waiting room full of other patients, parents and their children, who were coughing and vomiting. None of the other people in the waiting room were wearing a mask which made me feel very uneasy despite signs saying it was policy.

Suggested improvements
When I finally saw a Dr I had to tell her what medication I believed I needed, which she had to Google. She then had to Google again to see if this was safe in pregnancy so it felt like I knew more than her which was worrying. She also said she would prescribe enough tablets for the days left in my pregnancy however gave me a lower dose that would mean needing two tablets most days.

No condition

Suggested improvements
More information about length of delay to see doctor! Patients arriving having being booked in for set appointments by 111 or same day health centre, , whilst also still receiving patients from AnE, lead to 6 hour wait time for people with appointments! Understand this may be unavoidable at busy times but this should be made clear at time of allocation of ‘appointment’

Was surprised I was waiting 3 hours. Thought it would be longer

Suggested improvements
The waiting room was quite dirty. People having left their rubbish. Maybe a sign to remind people to put their unwanted stuff in a bin. Not that they should be reminded. Or a big general bin in waiting room

Reason for visit I was sure I had Quincy which I have had before After contacting numerous medical departments I was told I had an appointment booked for 11:15. So after waiting around at home for 3 hours (in pain) I arrived at the hospital 30 minutes early to be told it was first come first served. The problem is not first come first served it’s been held back for 3 hours before been able to join the queue. I hold this as part of the problem resulting in returning the following day the A&E and ending up with a night stay

Suggested improvements
I understand things are easier said than done but I know if I had been put in front of a ENT specialist for 5 minute I would have had faster more effective treatment
