The waiting time was ridiculously long. The waiting area should have been cleaner. Security should be more visible patients shouting. Sitting on the floor in the corridor.

The care from Dr Mohammad salha was amazing, what a lovely bedside manner dignity and respect.

Professor Kumar who has 4 practises Askern Conisbrough, Denaby and Mexborough is completely ripping the NHS off. My mother should have been seen by her GP on Thursday 31st August when she had her blood pressure taken when she also had a water sample with her instead we had to go to the front door of the urgent care treatment which was not necessary had the GP practice be fully staffed. Professor Kumar is pinching money. Results through e-coil in her urine.

I was told by 111 to go for 9pm, when I arrived I was told approximately 2 hour wait. I waited over 2 hours to be seen and didn't think anything of it until people who had arrived after me suddenly started to get seen before me. These people had only been waiting 30 mins tops. Then the receptionist called me by another girls name I knew they had messed up something when booking me in. They then seemed to scramble about to get me seen after I had waited 2 and half hours. I was finally seen & the Dr told me I hadn't been checked in correctly. I was in alot of pain and suffering with a fever so to have been made to wait longer than I should have was frustrating, & did not even get an apology for the mess up from the reception staff.

111 should advise you that although they tell you to get there for a specific time, that isn't an appointment & still may have to wait to be seen. The fact you are given a time implies an appointment.

They prescribed my baby antibiotics then forgot to send them to the chemist! Luckily the infection didn’t spread and resolved on its own with OTC products. I tried for days to get the antibiotics and gave up in the end. Will not use this service again

The answers are based solely on the actual treatment given at both DRI and Cavendish House and not making an appointment system. Both drs were understanding and kind. The cavendish House dr was outstanding throughout, whilst the DRI dr, was totally run off his feet which an exceptionally busy evening. At DRI patients were being given appointments very late at night with a further 4+ hours wait. This dr, just took it in his stride and worked his way through.

The appointment application does not necessarily meet patient need. Pre- populated questions that have no scope of deviation, with answers being Yes/No. in short I feel that this system broken and requires urgent review.
