The doctor questioned me as to why I was there, when I explained he was quite shirt & impatient but he did check my vitals and reassured me I had enough oxygen but was quite dismissive.

More cross liason with 111, they sent me to see the doctor, yet the doctor couldn't understand why I was there

I have a hiatus hernia with Barrett's esophagus.

Access to my medical records would have been good it would have given the Doctor more information regarding my condition.

came in got told to take paracetamol and drink water less than 24hrs later iwas in a&e and im now having to get scans on my kidneys
