We wer kept waiting for 4 hours then was informed I need back to A and E they couldn't deal with some of my problem then further 4hrs A and E with no food or drink or pain relief

Not sent to urgent care also offered some refreshment and pain relief

Had tried unsuccessfully for a week to get a GP appointment and my condition was getting worse. Didn’t know that the UTC existed until directed to them by A&E. was at the hospital all day but managed to get the scan I needed.

Whole process could have been quicker but accept that turning up without an appointment is likely to mean some waiting.

Fantastic timely services. Appt a bit delayed but no complaints. Dr was lovely and we were directed to Ed. Dr spoke to surgeon. Only issue is we had to wait over 6 hours for the surgeon! …….but this was outside your control.

I was treated very poorly. The doctor refused to help me and said I quote "is normal to be sick". I am pregnant and the fact that I cannot get help when I need makes me scared for myself and my baby. I hope I will never be in that situation again because is extremely disappointing and shocking.

If unable to help please provide a different solution instead of being rude saying I have to deal with it by myself. We live in 21'st century. This is not ok.

Room for improvement. Maybe more of an update on wait times.

Receptionist missing a lot from desk. Long waits to be seen even with an appointment. A lot of staff hanging around the reception desk chatting about personal things not work related.

I was in extreme pain. I had an appointment for 11am and was not seen until 2 pm Once seen all went quickly

See patients quicker initially.

Felt my daughter got appropriate treatment, eventually as was a 2hr delay. Felt wasn't taken seriously by 1 comment as to illness/symptoms that started week previous or lack of understanding on doctors part. Got there eventually and treatment eventually received.

Communication could be better, as ended up sitting there for 17hours from initial booking in to treatment from doctor in assessment appointment to then being led to a&e, all the time daughter in agony with her stomach. The assessment nurse had a proper attitude on her when I asked how much longer we would be as we had been there about 15hours by then, to be rudely asked who i was talking about and to be told 4 in front of you ok!! When we did eventually get seen they said it was miss communication and not doctors strike which had delayed it like we were told. Was told we should of been seen I don't know how many hours previous, with me having to put a sick day in at work and lose money?

I came in with a cyst and was I alot of pain. I was sent off with some cocodamol & told it would sort itself out. I then went to A&E had an infection, needed antibiotics and they said the doctor who saw me should have referred me to thegynaecologist, The doctor I saw just wanted me to leave and was no concerned about the level of care he was giving. Doncaster hospital. Do better.

Helped me. I left in the exact same I came in with no treatment or helps

Prostate cancer removal completed earlier in the year

No all good, the service received on the day was superb putting my mind at ease with a treatment plan
