Not so long await after being sent to a and e just for antibiotics when I could have got them from emergency drs

I was seen promptly, initially the Doctor seemed very abrupt was talking over me but he came around. He was helpful showing me diagrams of my condition and explaining what he was doing.

Doctors having access to your Full records would be more helpful, so they can see what has happened previously, they could get patients to sign a consent form if it is GDPR or Data Protection that prevents it

We were there for a whole day and when my daughter asked the doctor on duty when she will be attended to, the doctor told her if she can’t wait she can go home, that he was busy. Thats a child of 11yrs old. She was bitter and said she would never visit hospital again. It wasn’t a good experience
