Waited 3 hours for a blood test that never come so I left and took some anti blood clotting drugs instead of waiting another 6 hours ridiculous

1400 appointment and was seen at 1515. What is the point in appointment if you can't stick to it?? Doctor was rude and aggressive. I did not like his tone and he was very dismissing. People were slack with face coverings, ward didn't care. Lacked hygiene

Stick to appointments. Enforce the covid rules Give better quality of care from doctors.

I was sat waiting 3 hours to be told to go home and come back when the hospital ring me so still don’t know what is wrong with me

I’ve been suffering for nearly 9 years with utis constant antibiotics had a few tests but never got to bottom of my problems. Other tests needed to be done or should have been sent to a specialist sooner.

Listen delve deeper don’t just listen to what people say go by there body language and genuinely just listen and don’t take judgement of someone.

The doctor could of been more friendly instead of making me feel like I was wasting his time by telling me I was being over dramatic going there.

Service was great, was called back by doctor within 30 mins, then referred to hospital. Was in and out of hospital within 30 mins

The only downside was after reception they put me in a room to wait and I was there approximately 20 to 25 minutes not knowing what was going on

More information on how long I would have had to wait in the room rather than it just been a blank time I'm how long do I wait before I come out of the room and and making an enquiry? Half an hour 1-hour 2-hours?

I was waiting over 3hrs to get seen by a doctor. I appreciate that it can be busy and some people have appointments however there were about 20mins between the 2 drs on day shift leaving and 1 dr on night shift arriving. This slowed down the process of people getting seen and treated. The staff were very polite and efficient once being seen.

Maybe you could have more drs in the treatment centre to decrease the waiting time for patients
