Medical staff were fantastic, and couldn't do any more than they have done. It is a disgrace that even though I arrived by ambulance I was forced to sit on floor for hours waiting to be seen. I understand the pressure whole system is under but this is simply not good enough.

Having enough seating area for people who are very unwell could be a good start. There should also be system for keeping one posted on how long they wait could prevent a lot of frustration. Children area should also be introduced, for everyone's comfort. Triage should be done immediately upon arrival to filter those who can wait and those who can't. Elderly should be given priority as they can't sit on floor for hours. Again I have utmost respect and gratitude for staff and the work they are doing. They can't be faulted and I thank them for their dedication and compassion. They do make best out of very little. But current system is dangerous and will compromise peoples health and possibly affect their lives This is not worthy of NHS ideals and not good enough for one of the richest countries in world.

I was not treated with respect from the doctor that saw me. He was very rude and short fused with me. My appointment was at 9pm but I was not seen until 9:50 pm. People that didn’t have appointments complained and were called in sooner than those of us who had appointments.

Doctors should be compassionate towards patients and should listen to the concerns that we have. An appointment should mean you get to go in as soon as your appointment is due.

Mine was a visit after contacting 111. I needed to be seen within 2 hours - no appointments available. Dr called back 8 hours later and made me that app for 12 hours after initial contact.

Had more than 1 doctor on duty . 6 people waiting when I got there at my app time then one by one at least 10 sent round from a and e. I simply dont know how he coped. As I left A and E was relatively empty while many had a 4 hour wait. I appreciate they may not have been Accident as in road crash or Emergency as at deaths door but it got out of hand with people spilling onto the corridor.

I called at 11am on Saturday morning. And didn’t get an appointment until 1am Sunday morning when I got there I’d been waiting a while to ask how long it would take to be seen just to be told we’re really busy could be a long wait

Don’t make an appointment for people that you have no chance of getting no we’re near the timescale was absolutely shocking. I pay to put in the NHS but right now I feel I can’t even use it
