I have attended the clinic twice in the past week, both experience were very good. I was treated with respect and the 2 different nurses I seen were so professional but very friendly, caring and I felt at ease. I wasn't just a number like I have been treat at other places before the nurses actually wanted to speak to me and weren't rushing me out the door once they had gave me a prescription. They gave me advice and even answered questions I had in great details for me to understand.

I had good treatment but it could have been earlier. I was phoned much earlier but it was from. Blackpool number which I didn’t answer as I thought it was a scam call. The second time I was called it was on my landline and then a doctor left a message to say who it was. I then went back to the call centre and said that I was in and explained why I hadn’t answered the other two calls on my mobile phone. I was eventually called back and made an appointment at 1700 and I was given antibiotics which are working very well

Staff were polite especially the dr who even though couldn’t do anything there and then gave me a plan to do to help

The wait time I had an appointment and was sat waitinh for 20 minutes while staff stood around talking and there was no one else in the department

I have a skin infection which has been extremely painful and sore. I've been trying to get in to see my own Dr or a nurse for over 5 weeks. They wouldn't see me. Just kept having me send them photographs. . The infection slowly got worse and worse. The pain unbearable. I rang Cavendish court because I couldn't cope with the pain anymore. I was seen by a practitioner got the medication that I needed and my skin is already responding . I'm very grateful to the staff at Cavendish court . They didn't make me feel like I was being brushed aside. Unlike my own Dr's practice ( Northfield surgery. Thorne. ) who could do with taking a leaf out of Cavendish courts book .

I'm well satisfied with the service that was provided by Cavendish court out of hours service. Keep up the great work. Thank you
