I was seen by a lovely lady and she listened to me. She diagnosed me and gave me some medication to take. I feel this was right as I am improving but feel sick with the pills.

I can't think of anything. I was given an appointment quickly. Seen on time the staff where nice and friendly.

My visit this morning was well organised and the staff were very friendly I was very impressed my recent visit to another hospital was not as pleasant but this morning I felt at ease thank you

The information given on the website was very helpful. From contacting 111 to being seen took less than 4 hrs.

I was diagnosed, reassured, given advice and a prescription.

Friendly staff both on the phone service and at the centre. With in 1 hour of speaking to someone an appointment was made for me.

Providing written comments about the discussion during consultation would have helped to explain the discussion to my own gp.

The service was good once I got seen however I was waiting for nearly an hour and half to be seen by a doctor. Being 5 months pregnant this was uncomfortable and frustrating for me waiting. Once in with the doctor the doctor was very good and gave me a great service I can not fault the doctor it was the waiting time

I was waiting for nearly an hour and half for my appointment with no reasoning to why I was waiting that long. Patients was coming in and out and I was still sat waiting to be seen.
