I got the appointment at a very short notice The receptionist was really good and understanding The nurse who saw me was brilliant! There was a male nurse I guess I had a but of problem with everyone having to wear the masks provided I explained it made cough but he handled it really really well

Is there a way people who have problems with the masks provided could be allowed to wear their own ? Overall I enjoyed it Thank you

The Nurse was very rude and kept interrupting me during the consultation and missed vital information I was giving about my condition. Also went to get someone else and totally ignored her when she asked if they could rule something out. The surgery was busy and I waited patiently until I was called and then was rushed. No treatment given I was just told to go to A and E after calling at around 1pm I had an appointment at 4:30 and didn't get seen until after 5pm I wasn't finished being seen to until 8:30pm after I had been to a and e

Allow me to explain my situation without being interrupted because although I know the Doctors and Nurses know their stuff, I was very worried about the pain and the symptoms I was experiencing so being rushed did not help.

I went into a&e with severe stomach pains. I wore a plastic face covering as I was exempt from masks but still had my face covered with a proper covering. The doctor REFUSED to see me id been waiting around 2 hours alone with my baby. Because he refused I was taken to reception by someone outside who saw me crying. They got me bumped up by another doctor to be seen as soon as possible but my son was due a nap and was kicking off. This meant I had to leave with no lift a car seat and a 1 1/2 stone baby who can’t walk. I had to walk into intake to my aunties house in mass pain struggling very much.

Your doctor was very discriminative towards the fact I was exempt I find this disgusting as I was still wearing a face covering, I’m sure this is illegal? I would also very much say he has broken the Hippocratic oath here.

Terrible service. In future shall be going to another hospital. Left in agony for hours and was only seen when I fell unconscious after already waiting in an ambulance outside for 4 hours

My scoring above is only a reflection of the Dr I saw as the rest of the staff were polite and seemed to care about the patients. I was seen by Dr Atoyebi and he was the rudest man I have ever come across. There was no empathy or care and at times he was quite aggressive with his language. I was sent to the SDC from 111 and immediately on arrival Dr Atoyebi asked why was I there and why hadn't I gone to my GP. The whole visit was a waste of time. If this doctor is typical of the NHS then I pity everyone who works for the NHS as its this kind of employee that brings down the great service that others perform.

A more joined up service where Doctors read a patients notes before seeing them as Dr Atoyebi thought it was my first visit to a GP when in fact I have been seen by Doctors and diagnosed but Dr Atoyebi didn't bother to check the notes. Perhaps some sessions in unconscious bias and communication skills are certainly required for this particular Doctor.
