I had to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time with my 9 month old daughter who was already poorly... I was then left in a room for 15 minutes while the doctor got her PPE on treating me like a COVID patient when I had a bad chest only

Got us seen for our appointments sooner than 50 minute late

The nurse who I was seen by was very unprofessional to me. I get anxious when going to doctors or hospitals and she treated very poorly. Sat saying “you are not dying, they are 100’s of people in India dying because of coronavirus, you are not dying you need to relax” and talking about god? I am sorry but what I went for I’ve never had it before so I was anxious to the max that day. The treatment advice she gave me was pathetic and she made me feel like I wasted her time.

Get staff who are fully trained to respect the patients and to understand they patients can get anxious in this sort of situation

Got straight through to the switch board, was given an appointment and the doctor was great, I was tested with dignity and respect and sorted out very quickly. Job done

Chemists could update their website , to let people know they are open or not.

The staff were really nice and treated my condition appropriately.

My only criticism would be that the woman on the reception was quite abrupt and seemed like she was in a rush and then I had to wait an hour over my appointment time.

Very lovely lady GP who I saw.

Arrived at 10:20AM for my 10:30AM appointment. Waited 35 minutes to be seen, which is to be expected however, people who arrived after me for 11AM appointments were being called in before me. I asked at reception and was told GP's running behind. That's fine, but should of prioritised the 10:30AM appointments that they were running later on before the 11Am

I had major surgery 8 days ago (csection) I arrived for my appointment on time and was told I’d be waiting for an hour baring in mind I should be resting for 6 weeks and all I was told by the receptionist is ‘well nothing I can do unfortunately can’t you stand’

I need to wear hearing aids

I was in a great deal of pain and was sent away to suffer in silence. It is now a week and I am still in pain.
