I wasn’t very happy when I was told I need to loose weight as this had nothing to do as to why I was there ! I know I’m overweight I don’t need reminding

The doctor was extremely rude. She called my name but as she was wearing a mask I asked her to repeat it and she just glared at me. She was extremely angry and hostile throughout the consultation. During the interview I explained that my husband has passed away and the funeral is on Tuesday and I have a water infection which happens sometimes. She offered no sympathy or condolence for my loss and said my urine sample is borderline and will not be offering me any medication. I explained that I am in serious discomfort but again she refused and asked me to leave.

Some empathy and understanding would be nice. Some decent basic humanity costs nothing. The doctor made me feel unwelcome and was hostile.

Do not have any long standing conditions .

The service provided was very good considering it was Sunday morning and I felt really poorly. Parking could be better organised.

Couldn't really understand what was being said and didn't get feel like I got across my ailments....it all seemed very rushed

The process of visiting the Centre was very simple. Easy parking, pleasant staff and I was seen by a lively doctor spot on my appointment time. He was friendly, understanding, chatty and professional. I will definitely use the service again.

The day Arrived same day surgery to find it was disappointed I waited over an hour to find the nurse couldn’t do my dressing on my right leg she said go your doctors she was Not helpful at all very disappointing please cross me off your list. Duty of care I find was very disappointing.

My GP would not see me on Friday I was asked to send images of a rash on my neck that was spreading.. not being seen lead to a misdiagnosis (fungal infection) and I was actually having an allergic reaction that was spreading around my eyes and body luckily the out of hours GP asked to see me face to face on Saturday and I was diagnosed correctly.. my allergic reaction is getting better now thanks to the out of hours Dr. I do believe if I hadn't seen the out of hours Dr who was very professional and compassionate I would have ended up in a&e I can not thank him enough for his help and he explained everything very well.

There was nothing that could have been done better I was treat with kindness, respect and compassion throughout the entire process and every one of your team members I spoke to was professional. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service.

As a mum taking my 16 old to hospital on a Sunday morning we got excellent service wasn’t waiting long to be seated and cared for, we were able to see a doctor very quickly and got the medication we needed for my daughter who was in serious pain with her throat and ear.

My only problem was because it was early morning and on a Sunday we were given a prescription which we really needed to start fighting the infection and had to travel miles to get it.

Staff are very nice and helpful got in on time for my appointment . It is a shame our own doctors are not as helpful . You can never get a appointment with them and when you do go down there is nobody else in the waiting room. I would much rather come to this practice .

Everything was fine nothing to complain about.
