For a long time i can’t lift my right arm because it aches when i do so. My right hand thumb and right hand pointing finger is aching. My back is aching for years.

Advised by my local surgery that no appointments were available, I was advised of your facility. Examined by a lovely lady, Rachel, I was informed that she was unable to refer me on, and that I should see my GP for follow-up. All seemed a waste of everyones’ time.

The service provided was very good. I had concerns about a possible infection having had a knee replacemwnt 3 weeks ago making me concerned that prompt treatment My GP surgery had said I needed to ring back the next morning to try to make a GP appointment. I was concerned that prompt treatment may have been necessary so the same day service put my mind at rest and provided the advice & treatment I needed. I am so grateful for their service when my own GP service lets me down so often.

Advertise the service more broadly! I was not aware the same day HC service was still operational until my daughter told me it was. It should be on the GP out of hours answerphone as well as the emergency GP service. This would reduce the waiting times in A&E and give others confidence in the NHS. For most people, the options are:- 1) Own GP ( It would be a joke if it wasn't so depressingly impossible to get an appointment that I have cried at feeling neglected). 2) 111 service- this is making the urgent services overrun with minor conditions as well as dangerous instruction to the public ( place an unconscious casualty who is in recovery position on their back & maintain their airway!)) 3) Emergency GP 4) or A&E.

I received very good service. Prompt appointment, seen very quickly & treated very well. Kind courteous staff.

It was very easy to get through to the service and when I arrived for my appointment, there was hardly any waiting time before I was called in.

Share advice on how to run a better service with other GPs because this service is so much easier to access than my own Drs.
