Firstly I explained I needed help dressing and undressing they offered none at all and wouldn't let my partner come in to help. Then they made me undress in a room which had no privacy! All blinds open clearly visible from carpark and the door had a big window that everyone could see through from the hall. They were rude telling me they were too busy fur me and it was the best they could offer. They told me nothing about what was going on and then just sent me home. Awful service completely disregarded my health conditions and offered me no privacy whatsoever. I was in agony after leaving having to dress myself and put my shoes back on I still haven't recovered pain wise. It's not OK.

So many things. Not leave someone In a wheelchair in a hallway in agony. Not leave someone with 2 long term health conditions alone to undress and dress themselves. Not make anyone undress with no privacy! Don't make people feel like they're an inconvenience when they're already struggling. Regardless of your situation keep people informed about what's going on with their body. Respect their body enough to not force them to expose themselves. Treat people as they are instead of livestock.

I was assessed approriately as needing to see a clinician. I recieved the care I needed. Treated with respect. Didn't feel rushed.

I was waiting an extra 30mins for my appointment with no explanation or warning that the doctor was running behind.

If you're aware there will be a wait for patients, it would be great to let them know when they check in.

I was seen-to very quickly, but unable to provide a diagnosis. A x-ray was required and I was asked to go to A&E for this. When I arrived, the doctor had made no request on "the system" for this to be done (straight to x-ray). Hence a full 8 hour wait in A&E. I needed to see another doctor to get the x-ray and thus made my entire visit to the "same day treatment centre" completely unnecessary. It's left me distrustful of the 111 call system, and the doctors at the clinic. I suffer from a mental health condition and needed to avoid such a long and unnecessary visit to A&E, in which my wife, and carer was not able to accompany me.

A simple request to jump-the-queue at the x-ray department would have made the whole ordeal as comfortable as possible.
