The service was excellent from a very polite, helpful receptionist to the appointment with the Practice Nurse who was very helpful and understanding of my problem and informative on my way ahead and recovery. This is the first time I have ver needed to use “out of hours” and I can only give the utmost praise for the help and efficiency. Positive throughout. A big thank you. Not really relevant, but it is very rare I provide feedback on things. This service fully deserves one.

It’s important to praise good service in the Health Service

Give some training to go surgeries so that they can provide as good a service

Wait was very long (1 hour) but my actual doctor was brilliant

The female doctor I saw was fantastic. I found the initial triage phone call challenging as the advice was for me call an ambulance which was absolutely not necessary and so I got a phone call back from the a doctor who was great on the phone - got me an appointment. I had to use this service because I could not get through to my GP - west end clinic - for a couple of days - line constantly engaged.

Just the triage questions - found them quite difficult to answer and then got the wrong advise at the end to ring an ambulance - think these questions need re-looking at.

The nurse I was brilliant. Very professional given the sensitive issue I saw her with and acted accordingly. Fast and friendly service. No complaints at all , only praise for the whole team.
