It was convenient, the staff member was on time & dealt with my issue efficiently.

The car parking facilities need improvement. I parked in front of a sign that said you must pay for parking but I could not find a parking meter. When I asked the staff member on reception about this she said I would be OK as long as I wasnt parked in a reserved bay

The care I received was great however I was waiting almost an hour after my appointment time. I know this can’t always be helped, but that seems to be an excessive amount of time to be waiting without a warning of wait time and without an apology for the length of time I was waiting.

The first time I spoke to someone on the phone when I initially called I could tell she just wanted to get through the questions as quickly as possible, when I wanted clarification of something she just repeated the question without explaining it differently. But overall the service has been very good.

The GP that contacted me on the evening I called said he would put a note on my file so I could call and make an appointment for the following day. When I called I had to go through all the questions again, which I understand why this was done, to make sure nothing had changed, but it would of saved your valuable time if I could of just called to book the appointment.

A professional and prompt service from the initial telephone assessment through to the appointment. It was good to be assessed and seen on the same day as the consultation. The nurse was very thorough in her approach and informative. It is good if this service is to help reduce pressures on the NHS /hospitals and offer appointments that your own GP is unable to offer. A much better and professional service than currently being offered by my own GP practice.

The Doctor was very kind and caring and made me feel very at ease. When visiting any medical centre weather that be doctor’s surgery or hospital it’s very anxious especially when the obvious reason for visiting is because you have a medical issue… I very rarely visit doctors/hospitals (fortunately) but when I do/have everyone seems so serious, which makes you feel like your dying or something. But when I visited for my infected c section he was so nice and welcoming I immediately felt safe! Sounds weird but because he was chatty and welcoming I felt at ease straight away. He was very attentive aswell as going through what he was doing and why this happened.

YES!! tell the midwife’s they need to do better by people in their care. Then I wouldn’t after take up This doctors time because they would have known it was infected and been able to assist me before it got this far! Again, thanks so much for helping me I honestly didn’t know where to turn to, midwifes and my own doctors wasn’t interested and I felt that I had no where to turn to untill I rang you.

I really didn't feel as though the person who spoke to me she was a nurse comma listened to anything I had to say as she had her own ideas about what was going off. Some of what she said sounded like it could have been logical according to my situation but most of it wasn't and I felt she didn't hear what I was saying. My medical problem was sorted out in the end but I felt it was pointless going to Cavendish Court to see the nurse that's weekend.

Yes listening to the patients concerns would be a start!
