I had a very good experience, and so I wanted to leave feedback to express this. Before I turned 18, I didn't receive the mental health support I needed and generally had a really bad experience , and I've felt a marked difference now I'm an adult.

The only thing I would say is that I was told to go to the wrong waiting room and had to start my appointment late because of this. Maybe there could be better communication between staff so that they know the correct room. Apart from that everything was good

I feel this service is so very important, I received great care from Alex and all the information that I can sit down with my mother and research on, I’ve been let down by previous services on finding answers but I finally feel I’m on the right path

Alex met all my needs and was very supportive and understanding, there’s nothink she could have done better and I thank her for her ongoing help

I've struggled with mental illness for so long it's part of my identity and will always be there in the background, but thanks to the treatment I've received, I feel more alive and able to cope than I have in a long time.

Communication - my therapist went off sick but nobody in the office was aware, so I spent a whole day worrying about potentially missing a session because I didn't have the Teams link. I was impressed to get a call from the Head of Service the next day though. I had to wait several weeks for treatment to resume - not my therapist's fault, there was nobody else with her specialism at the time to pick up with me.
