I had a very good experience, and so I wanted to leave feedback to express this. Before I turned 18, I didn't receive the mental health support I needed and generally had a really bad experience , and I've felt a marked difference now I'm an adult.

The only thing I would say is that I was told to go to the wrong waiting room and had to start my appointment late because of this. Maybe there could be better communication between staff so that they know the correct room. Apart from that everything was good
