Do not understand the question.
Gillian was extremely helpful and is completely committed to her job.
She takes her input to her job to the next level.
She made me feel much better and more positive
I received good care and empathy, I didn’t feel well enough to take part in suggested activities, the occupational therapist was very supportive and considerate.
I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis also RA starting. I deal with lots of different types of pain.
I’m fighting constantly to keep active. I’ve found life getting harder to cope.
I have been happy with the care/service received. The carers are attentive and always ensure I am safe and understand the treatments I undergo.
Mental wellbeing and stress, anxiety plus AMD are all my issues, but the list above is for serious diagnosed illnesses which I dint have.
I self referred to IAPT.
The service from start to finish was seamless.
I had the pleasure of working with two very good therapist at separate times . My last therapist Philippa was kind supportive and I can’t thank her enough for her help. I was given small task to complete after our consultant. Small but very effective and I didn’t feel under pressure to complete. They really worked and helped me get through a time I felt I had lost my way. The sessions touched on very uncomfortable subjects at times but this was the whole point.
I have now been discharged and have confidence in knowing I can self refer again in the future if required.
The techniques I use daily and have benefited from the video meeting. I can picture Philippa in my mind if/when feeling anxious and this really helps ground me again.
It’s two way, and need to put the work in to get an overall benefit.
Which answer?
Depression. Struggle with mental health.
I am the parent of one of your patients.
