Mental wellbeing and stress, anxiety plus AMD are all my issues, but the list above is for serious diagnosed illnesses which I dint have.

Considering the past 3 years have dramatically changed the way we now have our meetings, and I totally understand why we now only communicate over the phone. I would of preferred face to face as the therapist can read into visual situations with me far better than just gaging my verbal reactions.
