Do not understand the question.

I moved out of the area (because I was waiting for 12 months for a call back) and was then told that I need to self-refer in my new area. This is an extremely damaging thing to say to someone who is struggling with their mental health since the self referral itself is a monumental challenge (it took me 2 years to self refer in the first place). Then, I received a letter saying that I stated I no longer require therapy and asking me for feedback. I did not state that I no longer require therapy, and I would suggest that the wording of these letters should be revised to avoid causing further anguish for people who are already very ill. I now no longer feel that I deserve therapy, and I will not self refer again.
