On arrival I was received by the nurse. I told her I had previous issues with phlebotomy in other services. She offered me a hot drink to relax and put a hot pack on my arm to help with my veins. She took time with me and assured she would only try to collect bloods if she was feeling confident with my veins. She manage to do it in the first attempt. I was very surprise of how kind, caring and patient she was during the procedure.

Previously, Dr. Nathan was running late for my previous two appointments by video and nobody had messaged me to inform me. In the last feedback I gave, I suggested this could be an area they could improve. In this instance, Dr. Nathan was running late. However, the staff clearly took my feedback on board because they sent me a text message. Although he was running late, I am quite satisfied that I was at least informed so I'm pleased there's an improvement in the service.

This was my first time at the Portland Place facility. The whole experience was great. Everything was lovely and clean and you’re offered hand-sanitiser and face coverings upon arrival if you’d like them. The staff were really helpful, check-in was quick and easy. The waiting rooms weren’t busy and there were plenty of places to sit down. My consultation was on time and the consultant was brilliant. I wasn't bombarded with medical jargon, everything was made easy to understand, I wasn’t rushed, all my questions were answered and I’m really happy with my care plan going forward. I felt really involved with my care and look forward to my follow-up consultation. The online portal is also brilliant, so helpful to have all your results and clinic letters there - allows you to look at everything in your own time.
