Dr Taryn Youngstein was exemplary . Staff were helpful and courteous.

Suggested improvements
My complaint relates to the appointments/booking system. I had great difficulty booking my consultation with Dr Youngstein. Eventually, it required her intervention in order to secure an appointment; her time is better used as a highly trained medic - not an administrator. . She ordered an ultrasound. Although I made an appointment, I received a call and was asked to come at an earlier time which I can accommodate . When I checked my app, 3 different appointment times appeared on the same date. I can only assume that my appointment is at 12:30/40 when I arranged it by phone but there is an obvious problem with your appointment IT or systems. Someone needs to sort the systems which can be frustrating and inconsistent with the excellent care and reputation the Cleveland has.


As said earlier- high level of care from Dr Taryn Youngstein and the other staff I encountered at my appointment/consultation.
