Previously, Dr. Nathan was running late for my previous two appointments by video and nobody had messaged me to inform me. In the last feedback I gave, I suggested this could be an area they could improve. In this instance, Dr. Nathan was running late. However, the staff clearly took my feedback on board because they sent me a text message. Although he was running late, I am quite satisfied that I was at least informed so I'm pleased there's an improvement in the service.
