This was my first time at the Portland Place facility. The whole experience was great. Everything was lovely and clean and you’re offered hand-sanitiser and face coverings upon arrival if you’d like them. The staff were really helpful, check-in was quick and easy. The waiting rooms weren’t busy and there were plenty of places to sit down. My consultation was on time and the consultant was brilliant. I wasn't bombarded with medical jargon, everything was made easy to understand, I wasn’t rushed, all my questions were answered and I’m really happy with my care plan going forward. I felt really involved with my care and look forward to my follow-up consultation. The online portal is also brilliant, so helpful to have all your results and clinic letters there - allows you to look at everything in your own time.

Can’t think of anything that could have been improved. There were no faults with my visit.

Dr Trip was fantastic. He explained everything so well, I didn’t feel rushed and all my questions were answered. The receptionists were all lovely and really helpful.
